Women’s Weekly Sunrise Workout & Coffee
Putting our faith into action in ALL areas – including our health! Have you ever had a revelation about how our bodies are a gift, they’re not our own, and that we should be moved to choose to honour & look after them?! Especially when our flesh doesn’t “feeeel” like it…I know, ouch. Well, ladies, let’s sharpen this area more intentionally hey?!

Proverbs 31:17 says “She equips herself with strength (spiritual, mental & physical fitness for her God-given task) and makes her arms strong”

So, are you ready to honour God in our bodies & be confident that we are equipped for all the tasks He has prepared ahead for us?

Let’s meet weekly for a little sweat sesh, admire the sunrise and ocean views of God’s stunning handiwork, followed by coffee & chats (of course!!)
