Do you struggle to believe what God says about you? Life often throws us messages that are not true about us, yet they get stuck in our hearts and minds and form beliefs that we hold onto. These false beliefs can become barriers to knowing our true worth and believing who God says we are. During the eight sessions of the Making Sense of Your Worth course, participants will be able to make sense of their past and gain an understanding of how the events in their lives have contributed to low self-worth. The classes focus on developing an understanding of the “lies” an individual believes about themselves, such as “I am not good enough,” or “I am not smart enough,” or “I have no patience” and how to replace these lies with truth. In addition, once a participant is released from the beliefs associated with the past, the sessions focus on rebuilding a new life based on biblical truths that will form positive self-worth as well as providing strategies to maintain the gains made throughout the course. The Making Sense of Your Worth course is comprised of 8 sessions lasting 2 hours in duration.
