Scripture doesn’t record the disciples ever asking Jesus, “Lord, teach us to preach” or “teach us to heal and raise the dead.” They didn’t ask Him, “Lord, teach us to walk on water” or “teach us to feed the thousands.” Of everything they witnessed, It was Jesus’ prayer life that they wanted. They understood that when they saw Jesus demonstrate heaven on earth, it was a direct result of His intimate prayer life with the Father.
Now is the time for us to follow Jesus’ example and withdraw to the secret place to hear from Heaven
