This banquet is for ministry leaders and their team in our Chapel Family. It’s a time to gather together and receive intentional input to encourage, equip and refresh you in the ministry role you hold and the things in which God is calling you to within our community and our city. The role of a leader in our culture is often misunderstood. A true leader is really just a servant of the people around them. Its said leaders are born, which we can all testify to knowing someone who fits that description BUT leadership IS definitely something that can be taught and developed.
Over 4 weeks of October we will hear from several different leaders, listening to their stories and the principles and laws they cling to in their life of serving (leading) people. There will be opportunities for questions at each session to help provide practical solutions for your current role. So let’s get together over some afternoon tea and be encouraged by some amazing leaders in our community.
