Gen Z Girls

Who is it for:
Teenage girls between the ages of 13-17 who are keen to dive deep into more of their identity in God and be ready to walk a Godly life out in the world.

For parents:
For parents:It’s not easy being a teenage girl these days. Our daughters are growing up in a culture that places enormous pressure on them socially, emotionally, academically, and online. The statistics surrounding the mental and emotional wellbeing of girls are concerning and remind us that many young people are carrying burdens they were never meant to carry alone.
7 out of 10 girls (70%) believe they are not good enough or don’t measure up in some way, whether because of their appearance, school performance, or relationships with family and friends.
According to the CDC, nearly 3 out of 5 girls (60%) reported feeling persistently sad or hopeless in 2021 (the highest level recorded over the past decade).
In Australia, suicide is the second leading cause of death for Generation Z, and among young people aged 15–17, it accounts for 31.8% of all deaths.

As a Mum, I’ve watched some young people I care about struggle through difficult seasons. I’m not a qualified mental health professional, and this course is not intended to replace professional support where it is needed. However, I believe our girls need safe places where they can be encouraged, equipped, and reminded of the hope they have in Christ.
The heart behind this course is to help teenage girls build a strong biblical foundation while learning practical skills to navigate the unique challenges of today’s culture by offering a supportive environment where girls can ask questions, grow in confidence, and learn healthy ways to understand and respond to their emotions, processing them wisely, and bringing them before God.
