A practical 12 week commitment for men who want to get their health and bodies in order.
– 30-40min fitness session for all abilities and fitness levels
– 20-30min prayer and planning for the coming week
The goal of the 12 weeks is to build good health habits with the help and accountability of other men.
When we have control over our cravings, and have disciplined our bodies, we gain dignity and respect for ourselves knowing we are stewarding the bodies God gave us, and honouring Him with it. This flows over into every other area of our lives as men, and allows us to lead our families better, and be more affective disciples for Christ.
Session 1 is a trial session where the expectations and commitment for the remaining 11 weeks is outlined ( Your individual ability will determine your bench mark). Accepting the challenge will be tough and will require sacrifice, but I believe the habits you’ll build will have a lasting impact, and greatly improve your walk with the Lord.
