This is a practical banquet to launch your eCommerce store in 8 weeks! We want to help you build a side hustle.

I launched my online store  four years ago and just eight weeks ago I launched a 2nd store with my 13 yr old son – and he is making sales. So we thought we can share our experience with You and help You launch an online store! As God’s family and as brothers and sister I think we must share and help where ever we can 🙂 God wants us to prosper and do well and have resources to build his kingdom – and making money is one of the things that help build his church on the Gold Coast, in Australia and world wide!

So – ideally you already have an idea of what you could sell but did not know how to set up a store, drive traffic to your store, collect payments, send newsletter, engage with customer, list on other marketplaces like Amazon or ebay etc – well, in these 8 weeks we will walk you through step by step and at the end you will have a live ecom store – and hopefully generating some income for you.

Week 1: Basics, Research and Prep

Week 2: Setting up your Shopify Store

Week 3: Content and products for your store

Week 4: Setting up Google Merchant Center and AdWords

Week 5: Connect to ebay and/or Amazon and list your products

Week 6: Marketing: Newsletter, SMS, Flows etc

Week 7: Google Analytics & Social Media Marketing

Week 8: Review, Optimise, Outlook

(Note: we may change the topics as we go and as we need it – and if needed we can even add more meetings eg a week 9 and 10…)

There will be some cost for the software you need (eg Shopify) and also for running ads on Google and other channels (eg Amazon, ebay etc) but is entirely up to you IF and how much you wanna spend.

Pre-requisits:

• Basic understanding of ecommerce and online shopping
• Have an idea on what product to sell
• Familiarity with the concept of online shopping
• Basic understanding of how traffic is coming to websites
• Familiarity with online marketing topics eg email marketing etc
• Basic knowledge of customer service and support

What we cannot do is show you the basics how to use a computer, set up an email address, use a browser etc – I am sure you all understand.
